Eight Delicacies Rice

Eight Delicacies Rice

Introduction:

"Steam three times in total. Be sure to keep it off!"

Production steps:

Step 1: primary processing: wash lotus seeds, red dates and peanuts, steam them in a pressure cooker, then remove the heart of lotus seeds, remove the core of red dates and peel peanuts for use; soak the rice for 2 hours (or do not soak) and steam them in a pot; wash raisins and longans for use, and crush walnuts for use.

Step 2: add glutinous rice dumpling stuffing while it's hot and stir well (you can also stir half of glutinous rice and keep the other half original).

Step 3: take a flat bottom bowl and stack the ingredients. Just do it according to your personal preference. For the layered taste, I first spread a layer of butter on the bottom layer (it's ok if I don't), and then stack lotus seeds, red dates and peanuts.

Step 4: spread the glutinous rice with glutinous rice dumplings on the ingredients and press it tightly with a spoon.

Step 5: add the second layer of ingredients: walnut, longan, raisin.

Step 6: finally, put a layer of Jiang rice (can be original) and press it as tightly as possible.

Step 7: after cooling, cover and refrigerate. The next morning, steam the bowl with a pressure cooker for 5 minutes. Take it out and put it on the plate. The delicious Babao rice is on the table.

Materials required:

Jiangmi: right amount

Lotus seed: right amount

Raisins: moderate

Longan: moderate

Glutinous rice dumpling stuffing: right amount

Walnut: right amount

Peanuts: moderate

Note: 1. The glutinous rice dumpling stuffing is mixed in the jiangmi, which has rich ingredients (Osmanthus fragrans, lard, etc.), saving the trouble of their own ingredients, and the taste is excellent; 2. Because they are all steamed with water, so, when the second steaming, it must be covered on the Babao rice, otherwise the steam is too big, it will not be good.
