Step 1: all ingredients.

Step 2: beat the eggs, add a little salt and stir well. Wash the white radish and cut it into shreds. Add a little oil into the pan and fry the eggs on both sides. Use a spatula to poke large pieces.

Step 3: add two bowls of water to the casserole, add ginger slices, and pour in the fried eggs.
