Fried egg and leek box

Fried egg and leek box

Introduction:

"Families can also make perfect food boxes, and oil-free ones are healthier."

Production steps:

Step 1: clean and dry the leeks.

Step 2: add salt, monosodium glutamate, five spice powder, shredded shrimp, pepper, sesame oil (or blend oil) and stir well.

Step 3: knead two rice bowls of noodles into a dough, stand still for ten minutes and continue kneading until smooth. The noodles should be slightly harder and divided into ten equal parts.

Step 4: roll it into a circle about 26 cm in diameter. If your pan is small, make it smaller

As long as you do not have a thin layer of leek on the ground, you can put it on the top of a thin layer.

Step 6: stick another dough and seal it. (be sure to seal it tightly and squeeze it several times. Otherwise, it will not be good if it cracks when it is burned.)

Step 7: don't put oil in the pot! The smallest fire pan, touch with your hand when there is temperature, hold the dish box with your hand and put it in.

Step 8: put it in the pot and don't move. After a while, turn it with your hand. If it moves, turn it over. If it moves on the other side, turn it over again.

Step 9: turn it over often, don't be lazy, let one side turn the other side when it's ripe, turn it over every other minute until it's finished in Figure 9.

Step 10: this method can also make cabbage.

Step 11: This is for leek eggs.
