Production steps:

Step 1: Chop pig's hoof into pieces, slice ginger and cut scallion into sections

Step 2: blanch the pig's hoof and take it out

Step 3: put the blanched pig's feet into the pressure cooker, and put 7 pieces of tofu milk, 3 tbsp of tofu milk juice, 5 tbsp of soy sauce, 3 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 portion of soup treasure, 2 pieces of rock sugar and green onion, ginger and star anise

Step 4: open a large fire, and continue to burn for 20-30 minutes. If the pig's feet are old, it's better to burn for 40 minutes
