Roast duck with beer

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash all spices and drain.

Step 2: wash the duck, drain and chop it into pieces.

Step 3: slice ginger, slice garlic, cut green pepper into pieces.

Step 4: add ginger slices and cooking wine when boiling water to half boil. After boiling water, pour duck pieces into boiling water, wash off foam and drain.

Step 5: heat the oil pan, add spices and garlic, stir fry until fragrant.

Step 6: pour in the duck and stir fry until the oil comes out.

Step 7: add cooking wine and stir fry for a while.

Step 8: add soy sauce and stir fry until the duck is colored.

Step 9: pour in enough beer, cover the surface of the beer over the duck, bring to a boil over high heat, and then lower the heat for 30 minutes.

Step 10: when the duck is cooked and rotten, add salt, green and red pepper slices, stir fry evenly, then cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the fire and put on the plate.

Note: the Duck salt should be put after cooking, so it is easier to burn.
