Step 1: mix the noodles for 1 hour

Step 3: mix the washed water and let it stand for 3-4 hours-
Step 4: when you see that the water and the batter have been separated from each other in the basin, skim out the water and leave the batter. Mix the batter well
Step 5: use a steamer to boil water, pour the batter into the mold, turn it in the water, steam it for two minutes, the batter bubbles, and then take out the cold water
Step 6: scrape along the edge of the mold, and a cold skin is ready
Step 7: brush some cooking oil on the cold skin, and you can pile it up
Step 8: cut the cold skin into strips and add shredded cucumber
Step 9: add garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, red oil, salt, sesame oil and mix well
