Braised spareribs with Sprite

Braised spareribs with Sprite

Introduction:

"I've seen a lot of beer and coke, but why not use Sprite? I really can't figure it out. In order to eliminate so many sprites in my family, we have to eat them. We can't discriminate against sprites, can we? "

Production steps:

Step 1: some of the raw materials have not been photographed. The picture shows the spareribs that have been washed with water, the kidney beans that have been salted with water, and the potatoes that have been washed and peeled

Step 2: wash and fry the potatoes until slightly yellow

Step 3: add a little oil into the pot and heat it up again. After heating, add the ribs and stir fry until the ribs change color. Add the garlic, ginger and star anise pepper to stir fry until fragrant. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce to continue to stir fry and color

Step 4: add more than half a bottle of Sprite after coloring the spareribs, and the amount of sprite is less than the spareribs

Step 5: add a little sugar, cover with high heat and bring to a boil for a few minutes

Step 6: add the fried potatoes and green beans, stir fry well, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat

Step 7: cook until the ribs are crispy. When the soup is half dry, add soy sauce again and stir well. Add two spoonfuls of Laoganma chili sauce and stir well

Step 8: collect the juice and put it on the plate

Because I don't eat scallion, I don't add chopped scallion to any dish; 4.
