Production steps:
Step 1: knead 50ml boiling water and 100g flour into hot dough;
Step 2: knead 50ml cold water and 100g flour into cold dough;
Step 3: after 10 minutes, tear the hot dough into small pieces and mix with the cold dough evenly;
Step 4: let it stand for 30 minutes;
Step 5: divide into three parts, take one part, roll it into thin slices, spread the durian meat evenly with a spoon, and use a knife to cut a thin strip of equal width on the cake, don't cut both ends (I'm lazy, I didn't cut it very carefully);
Step 6: roll up the bar from one side;
