Hot and sour fern

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the fern, blanch it with cool water, and cut it into proper size.

Step 2: shredded ginger, sliced garlic, shredded red pepper, shredded bacon.

Step 3: heat the pot, add the bacon and stir out the oil until the shredded meat turns golden yellow.

Step 4: pour in ginger, garlic, red pepper and saute until fragrant.

Step 5: pour in the fern and stir fry for a while.

Step 6: turn down the heat and add the vinegar.

Step 7: add 15ml soy sauce.

Step 8: add salt.

Step 9: add sugar.

Step 10: add chicken essence.

Step 11: turn the heat to stir well, then turn off the heat.

Pteridium aquilinum: moderate

Bacon: moderate

Ginger: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Dry pepper: right amount

Vinegar: right amount

Soy sauce: right amount

Salt: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Note: 1. Vinegar and soy sauce are put in the same amount, about 15ml. 2. Salt should be put a little more than usual, because bracken is not easy to put salt.
