Steamed celery leaf

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: remove celery leaves and set aside.

Note: 1. There are three kinds of celery in supermarket: Celery: light flavor, basically leafless, wide and thick body; celery: more leaves, general celery flavor, about a finger thick body; parsley: more leaves, very heavy celery flavor, very thin body. The celery is not very delicious. 2. After washing, be sure to control the moisture, otherwise it will be sticky after steaming. 3. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
