Step 1: get all the materials ready
Step 2: add white granulated sugar to the egg, break it up, and then add a few drops of vanilla essence. No vanilla, no vanilla.

Note: high gluten powder cannot be replaced by low gluten powder. There's no vanilla extract. You can skip it. White granulated sugar should be increased or decreased according to the sugar content of chocolate.
