Zhili was the old name of Hebei Province in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. Baoding was the seat of the governor's office. From 1724 to 187, 74 people served 99 times as the governor of Zhili. The governor from different regions brought food culture and cooking skills from all over the country, which made Zhili official dishes well integrated. The structure and banquet of the dishes formed a special style. Baoding local characteristic raw materials were mainly used in the selection of ingredients.
