Sun Bin boxing is a kind of Wushu routine boxing that absorbs Sun Bin's military thought and integrates the characteristics of various schools. Because of its drill attack, often with long sleeve hide hand, so also known as "long sleeve boxing". Mainly spread in Shandong Jinan, Qingdao, Liaocheng, Zibo, Guantao area. Sun Bin boxing was invented in the name of Sun Bin by later generations. There are different opinions about when it was founded. The traditional routine of Sun Bin Quan includes basic skills, one hand practice, big frame, middle frame, small frame, sixty hand and Sun Bin Guai. Its boxing principle requires that it should be as quiet as a rooster, move like a dragon's waist, spirit like a monkey, spirit like an eagle's eye, and loose shoulder like a gibbon; its boxing style is mainly elephant trunk boxing, and its footwork is mostly faltering.

Sun Bin's boxing is taught by way of learning skills from teachers and oral and personal teaching. In practice and technique, it is simple, compact, offensive and defensive, strong spring, whipping force, and spiral technique. It is characterized by the chastity of Sanshou and Wushu.

Sun Bin boxing inherits the theories of "win the hearts of the people inside and know the enemy's situation outside" in the art of war of Sun Bin, such as "surprise, attack unprepared", "quiet as a virgin, moving as a rabbit", and integrates the military strategy culture. It can not only attack the enemy for self-defense, but also keep fit, and is easy to learn and practice, which plays a positive role in promoting the traditional Chinese martial arts culture.

In the process of inheritance and development of Sun Bin Quan for more than a hundred years, some special techniques are scattered among the people, lack of excavation and sorting, almost lost and extinct, and need to be protected.
