Chutian 181 cultural and creative industrial park is located at 181 Donghu Road, Wuchang District, Wuhan city. The main body is the offset printing workshop of the former Chutian printing company of Hubei Daily Media Group, covering an area of about 40000 square meters. It is adjacent to Chutian media building in the East, across the road from Hubei Provincial Art Museum and Hubei Provincial Museum in the southwest, and surrounded by cultural enterprises and institutions. Chutian 181 is the first cultural and creative industrial park with "modern media as the main body" in China, which will become a new highland for the development of China's cultural and creative industries.

The park is located in the old printing factory of Hubei Daily Media Group. After reconstruction, the park retains the thick brick walls, high space and crisscross pipelines of the old factory buildings. The most eye-catching is the huge red newspaper barrels used to deliver newspapers and periodicals, highlighting the rich design style of the park. At the entrance of the park, two huge sculptures, newspaper flying Apsaras, are 12 meters high. They are carved through hollows and intersected with curved curves to form a light and upward image of flying apsaras. The flying figures wave their wings with one hand and hold up the newspaper with the other, showing the spirit of modern media people who dare to take responsibility, are positive and innovative.

The name of the Industrial Park "181" not only comes from the house number, but also has a deeper symbolic meaning. The two "ones" represent culture and industry, and the "eight" symbolize infinity. The park will organically combine culture and industry through creative management to produce infinite social and economic benefits.

The phase I project of the industrial park has been completed, with a usable area of nearly 50000 square meters. It has settled in CCTV emergency production and broadcasting platform in Central China, China Daily Hubei station, Global Times Hubei station, Tencent dachu.com, Meijia shopping and other domestic well-known media, as well as more than 40 Art design, cultural performance and commercial supporting enterprises. The second phase project of the park will build a total of 21000 square meters of inner court creative market, creative building and underground parking lot. At present, the second phase of investment promotion is in progress. The third phase project will combine Wuchang District to build Huangli road into a cultural block.

After the completion of the third phase project of 181 Creative Park, it will become a mature park with reasonable layout, complete functions and complete supporting facilities. Through a series of cultural activities, the park will build a comprehensive platform for enterprises to design, display and trade creative products, promote the common development of enterprises and the park, and build and enhance the brand influence of 181 creative park.
