Shandong Qinshu is a folk song ensemble, with more than 200 pieces. At its peak, 300 pieces of music were sung and played, among which shanghetiao, fengyangge and meihualuo were the most commonly used. More and more musical instruments are accompanied by dulcimer, as well as Zheng, chuiqin, Jinghu, Banhu, ruanghu, Siguxian, diezi, dabanbang, etc. The traditional repertoire is divided into three categories: brand music, medium music and long music. A total of more than 100 repertoire, book cap, poetry, cited more than 600.

Shandong Qinshu originated in Yuncheng in the early Ming Dynasty and has a history of about 600 years. According to the annals of Yuncheng County, "Qin music originated from the scholarly home", which is called "Qin Zheng Qingqu". By the middle of the Qing Dynasty, "Qin, Zheng and Qingqu" gradually broke through the small circle of literati and refined scholars, from the initial "visiting friends" to the self entertaining "crop playing" or "playing games" in the leisure time, and began to be popular in the rural areas of Yuncheng. The singing in this period focused on the beauty of singing, the number of tunes, and the skill of musical instruments. In order to meet the needs of the audience, the repertoire has developed from short to large, and even short, medium and long titles.

Shandong Qinshu has rich cultural heritage, which provides living materials for us to study the law of development of Chinese folk art. Many traditional repertoires still retain a deep imprint of the times, and play an important role in the study of folk culture, with high historical, cultural and academic value.
