Bank of Gansu was established on October 15, 2011. The head office is located at No. 525, Donggang West Road, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. It is a city commercial bank controlled by state-owned assets and directly managed by Gansu provincial Party committee and government. It is a state-owned financial institution in Gansu Province. On November 19, 2011, it was officially listed for business. On January 18, 2018, it was officially listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code 02139), becoming the first listed city commercial bank in Northwest China.
