Cecep Finance Co., Ltd. was established on July 16, 2014. The business scope of the company includes: (1) handling financial and financing consulting, credit authentication and related consulting and agency business for member units; (2) assisting member units to realize the receipt and payment of transaction funds; (3) providing guarantee for member units; (4) handling entrusted loans and entrusted investment between member units (limited to fixed income securities only) (5) to handle bill acceptance and discount for member units; (6) to handle internal transfer settlement between member units and relevant settlement and liquidation scheme design; (7) to absorb deposits of member units; (8) to handle loans and financial leasing for member units; (9) to engage in inter-bank lending; (10) to issue financial corporate bonds upon approval; (11) to underwrite Corporate bonds of member units; (12) portfolio investment (except stock investment); (13) consumer credit, buyer's credit, financial leasing, etc. of products of member units.
