Jiangsu Rural Credit Cooperatives Union is a national pilot unit of rural credit cooperatives reform. By the end of 2012, there were 62 legal entities in Jiangsu rural credit cooperative system (including 58 rural commercial banks and 4 rural credit cooperatives), 2956 business outlets and 41129 employees. It is the financial enterprise with the largest number of business outlets, coverage and service groups among financial institutions in Jiangsu Province. At the end of 2012, the deposit balance of rural credit cooperatives in the province was 989.88 billion yuan, and the loan balance was 712.31 billion yuan. Main responsibilities

Jiangsu Rural Credit Cooperatives Association is a provincial local financial institution, which is composed of shares of city and county cooperatives. It mainly performs the industry management and service functions of city and county cooperatives, and does not handle deposit and loan business.
