Shaliuhe Town, belonging to Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Fengrun District, adjacent to qishuzhuang town and yangguanlin town in the East, baiguantun town in the south, liangjiadian town in Yutian County in the west, and dibeitou town in Zunhua City in the north, with an administrative area of 56.3 square kilometers.

At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to six districts of Fengrun County; in May 1984, the people's commune was abolished and Shaliuhe township was established; in August of the same year, the township was withdrawn and Shaliuhe town was established; in 1987, gejiatun township was merged; in May 2002, it belonged to Fengrun District of Tangshan city. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Sha Liu He town was 36591. As of June 2020, Shaliuhe town has jurisdiction over 23 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Shaliuhe village.

History of construction

At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to six districts of Fengrun county.

In 1958, it belonged to Shaliuhe management area of Yanjiapu people's commune; in the same year, it belonged to Yutian County.

In 1961, Shaliuhe people's commune was set up and re zoned back to Fengrun county.

In May 1984, the people's commune was abolished and Shaliuhe township was established; in August of the same year, Shaliuhe township was established.

In 1987, gejiatun township was incorporated.

In May 2002, it was transferred to Fengrun District of Tangshan city.
