The park is composed of Tuanjiesha, DONGWANGSHA and the beach outside DONGWANGSHA (beach b) at the east end of Chongming Island, with a total land area of 8468.7 hectares, of which mature land, semi mature land and raw land account for 24.5%, 49.9% and 25.6% respectively.
