Jinyang Xincun Street

Jinyang Xincun street is a street under the jurisdiction of Pudong New Area in Shanghai. Jinyangxincun Street reaches Huangpu River in the north, Jinqiao Road in the East, Yanggao Road in the South and Luoshan road in the West. Jinyang community starts from Jinqiao Road in the East, ends at Luoshan road in the west, leans on Yanggao Road in the South and sleeps Huangpu River in the north. With an area of 8.02 square kilometers, it has 48 neighborhood committees (including one under construction) and a population of 206017 (in 2010).

Historical evolution

In 1994, Jinqiao New Village neighborhood committee was set up, which was managed by Jinqiao township. In 1996, Jinyang New Village street was established.

In March 1998, the original Jinyang New Village street and Luoshan new village street were renovated and some areas of Hudong street and Qinyang town were merged.
