Heyi Street

Fengtai District of Beijing governs streets. Located in the southeast of the area, 11 kilometers away from Tiananmen. It extends to the east wall of heyidongli community in the East, bordering Daxing District; to Nanyuan Road and the North Bank of Xiaolong in the south, bordering Nanyuan street; to the east wall of Nanyuan Park in the west, bordering Nanyuan street and Nanyuan Township; to the north wall of Beijing feed factory, bordering dahongmen Street. It has jurisdiction over 9 communities and the office is located in building 2, area 1, Nanyuan Beili.

The main roads are Nanyuan Road, dahongmen South Road and Nanyuan North Road.

Historical evolution

Heyi area was originally the administrative region of Daxing County, and Heyi agricultural experimental station was set up in the southern suburb farm of Beijing Farm Bureau.

In the mid-1990s, land was acquired on the west side of Nanyuan Road for real estate development.

On November 1, 1995, in order to rehouse the residents of Chongwen District and Xuanwu District who need to move out due to the reconstruction of the old urban area, the municipal government held a coordination meeting to study and solve the problem of comprehensive management of Heyi residential district, and decided that Fengtai District government should be fully responsible for the management of Heyi residential district.

In May 1996, the residents of Chongwen District began to move into Heyi community due to the demolition of municipal construction. Fengtai District government established the Preparatory Office of Heyi sub district office in early August of the same year.

On December 31, 1998, Heyi sub district office was officially established.

On February 14, 1999, the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau issued a notice to readjust the administrative divisions of Daxing County and Fengtai District, and Heyi district was officially under the jurisdiction of Fengtai District government.

Heyi street is bounded by the east wall of Heyi Dongli community in the East, which borders Daxing District; Nanyuan Road and the North Bank of Xiaolong in the south, which borders Nanyuan street; Nanyuan Park in the west, which borders Nanyuan street and Nanyuan Township; Beijing feed factory in the north, which borders dahongmen street. The area is about 2.5 km long from east to west and 2 km wide from north to south. It is wide in the West and narrow in the East, with an area of 3.42 square kilometers. There are heyidongli, nanyuanbeili and heyixili, and the rest are bungalow residential areas, mainly including jiahezhuang, songlinzhuang and Dongdi.

At the end of 2002, it covers an area of about 3.42 square kilometers (3.39 square kilometers), and has a permanent population of 27415 in 10217 households. It governs seven communities, namely, heyidongli No.1, heyidongli No.2, heyidongli No.3, nanyuanbeili No.1, nanyuanbeili No.2, heyixili No.1, and yisili No.2.

At the end of 2006, it covers an area of 3.39 square kilometers, has a population of 31900, and administers eight communities.

In 2010, the area south of the South Fourth Ring Road of dahongmen street was classified as Heyi street; the jurisdiction of the adjusted dahongmen street and Heyi street was bounded by the South Fourth Ring Road.

Tourism information

Heyi Park

Heyi Park, also known as Heyi country park, is located on both sides of nanzhongaxi road in Fengtai District. It extends to the North shoe city in the East, to the existing pianlin in the south, to HUAIFANG village in the West and to Tongjiu road in the north. The total planning area of the park is 27 hectares. For urban residents, especially the surrounding residents to provide a fresh and harmonious, natural, healthy and ecological forest leisure, fitness and entertainment, science education places.

Introduction of village residence

Dongli first community of Heyi street is located in the East and middle of Heyi Street area of Fengtai District, covering an area of 0.098 square kilometers.
