The north forest area in the middle of Heilongjiang Province, the connecting zone between the remaining veins of Xiaoxing'an Mountains and Songnen Plain, is located between 126.25-127.27 E and 46.19-47.09 n. There are two return roads of HA Yi and ha Hei, four county-level roads and township roads in the area. Two railways of HA Jia and Binbei run through the intersection. The opening of HA Sui Expressway shortens the driving mileage of Beilin District from Harbin to 90 km.
