Jiangfang forest farm is located in the northwest of Heihe City, 26 kilometers away from Heimo highway and 26 kilometers away from the urban area. It belongs to the forestry bureau of Aihui District of Heihe City, with the geographical coordinates of 126 & ordm; 59 '- 127 & ordm; 19'e and 49 & ordm; 59' - 50 & ordm; 26'n. The forest farm is adjacent to huapiyao forest farm in the north and northwest, Henan Tun forest farm in the South and southwest, and Daping forest farm in the West. In the East, the main channel of Heilongjiang province faces Russia across the river, and the administrative region belongs to shangmachang Township and zhangdiyingzi township.

General situation of physical geography

mountain range

It belongs to the north slope of Xiaoxing'an Mountains, with high terrain in the West and low terrain in the East. Along the banks of Dayin River, fabella River, Albin River and woniu river. The mountain is steep and undulating, with the highest altitude of 350 meters and the lowest altitude of 130 meters, most of which are between 200 and 300 meters.

river system

The water resources in the construction area are very rich and the rivers crisscross. Heilongjiang is about 45 kilometers long. The first tributaries of Heilongjiang include Dayin River, hormi River, fabella River, dawuoniu River and xiaowoniu river. The second tributary of Heilongjiang is Albin River (fabella first tributary). Dayin river flows through the whole Hongye construction area and flows into Heilongjiang from west to East. Fabeira river flows into Heilongjiang Province from west to East with an average width of 40 meters and a total length of 23 kilometers. The Albin river flows into the fabella River from the northwest to the southeast, and the big woniu River and the small woniu river flow into Heilongjiang Province from the west to the East. The water flow of each river system varies greatly with seasons, and the rainy season from July to August in summer is the largest.

climate

It belongs to the continental monsoon climate between the fourth and fifth accumulated temperature zones along the Heilongjiang River. Winter is affected by the polar continental air mass. Winter is cold and long, summer is short and humid. The annual average temperature is about - 1 ℃, the maximum temperature is 35 ℃, the minimum temperature is - 40 ℃, the annual rainfall is 500-600 mm, the annual sunshine hours are 2500-2700 hours, and the annual active accumulated temperature is 170-1900 ℃ The frost free period is about 100 days.

soil

There are three kinds of soil: dark brown soil, swamp soil and meadow soil. Dark brown soil is the main type of soil, which is distributed in different slope directions and under slopes; swamp soil is mainly distributed in rivers and low-lying areas, valleys and depressions between mountains and both sides of streams in the lower part of mountains; meadow soil is mainly distributed in gentle slope areas of river bank terraces and wide and flat valleys and low-lying areas of valleys.

vegetation

The main tree species are oak, Betula nigra, Betula platyphylla and Populus davidiana, and the young and middle-aged forests are the main ones. The main undergrowth trees are Lespedeza, Populus tomentosa, Spiraea, Duqi, Rosa davurica, etc. The main ground covers are Carex Wusuli, Carex tatatou, ferns, Sanguisorba officinalis, Cinnamomum camphora, Thalictrum, etc. There are also nearly 100 kinds of medicinal plants under the forest, such as Huangqin, acanthopanax senticosus, lily, white peony, Atractylodes lancea, dangshen, etc. There are more than 10 kinds of wild vegetables, such as Pteridium aquilinum, day lily, old mountain celery, willow wormwood bud, etc. Edible fungi include Hericium erinaceus, Auricularia auricula, Coprinus comatus, hazelnut mushroom, Coprinus comatus, etc. There are hazelnut, persimmon, wild grape and so on.

wild animal

They are rabbit, black bear, roe deer, wild boar, fox, forest frog, pheasant, flying dragon, wild duck, grouse, etc.

Social and economic situation

The forest farm has 10 cadres, 71 employees, 14 retirees and a total population of 115. There are shangmachang Township, zhangdiyingzi Township, 14 natural villages, 1 gold mine, Health Bureau Farm and woniu Lake Reservoir Scenic Spot, more than 100 diyingzi and grazing spots, with a population of nearly 7400. There is a provincial highway -- Heimo highway, and a county highway -- Xinsheng highway. Forest roads, rural roads and old roads form a traffic network.

Status of forest resources

General situation of forest resources

The total area of the construction area is 91344 hectares, including 89989 hectares of state-owned management area and 1355 hectares of collective management plantation area. The forestry area is 76408 hectares. China has an area of 75053 hectares, a forested area of 50048 hectares, a timber forest area of 18971 hectares, a shelterbelt area of 31077 hectares, and a forested area of 3468 hectares. The total volume of standing trees is 1970460 cubic meters. The volume of timber forest is 1007300 cubic meters, and that of shelter forest is 949710 cubic meters. The total area of collective plantation is 1076 hectares, with a total volume of 87840 cubic meters, and the total area of unfinished forest land is 279 hectares. The forest cover rate was 79%.

Stand type

Among the forest resources, natural forest covers an area of 70463 hectares with a total volume of 1934490 cubic meters; artificial forest covers an area of 4590 hectares with a total volume of 35970 cubic meters.

Forest structure

The timber forest covers an area of 18971 hectares and has a volume of 1007300 cubic meters. Among them, the area of artificial forest is 1089 hectares, with a total volume of 31790 cubic meters; the area of natural forest is 17882 hectares, with a total volume of 975510 cubic meters. The shelterbelt covers an area of 31077 hectares with a total volume of 949710 cubic meters. Among them, the area of artificial forest is 33 hectares and the volume is 4180 cubic meters; the area of natural forest is 31044 hectares and the volume is 945530 cubic meters.

Classified Management Division

The national public welfare forest is 76408 hectares, including 51124 hectares of woodland, accounting for 66.9% of the forestry land; 14138 hectares of open woodland, accounting for 18.5% of the forestry land; 6964 hectares of shrubbery, accounting for 9.1% of the forestry land; 3747 hectares of unfinished woodland, accounting for 4.9% of the forestry land; 3814 hectares of suitable woodland, accounting for 0.59% of the forestry land.

Forestry production

The forest farm was founded in July 1974. Its main purpose is afforestation. After nearly 30 years of efforts, it has developed into a market-oriented forest farm with both management and afforestation. The fixed assets are 350000 yuan and the annual output value is 200000 yuan.

Silvicultural production

A total of 4590 hectares of afforestation have been completed, including 2198 hectares of mature forests, 6800 hectares of Closing Hillsides for afforestation, 15000 mu of tending for middle and young forests, 200000 mu of tending for artificial young forests, and 18000 cubic meters of timber production. One hectare of larch, Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica and spruce are raised every year.

The forest farm has more than 5000 square meters of brick (iron) wood structure public and civil buildings, with telephone, computer, closed circuit television and other facilities.

development direction

In the future development of forest farm, one is to divide the forest with ecological benefits as the main purpose into special-purpose forest through classified management division, scientific management, and pursuit of maximum ecological and social benefits. Second, relying on the local resource advantages, we should vigorously develop the planting and breeding industry in a planned and organized way, and cultivate Chinese herbal medicine and cash crops.

Every year, 100 hectares of trees will be planted and 1 hectare of seedlings will be raised. Various mechanisms will be introduced to increase the efforts of returning farmland to forests.
