Heilongjiang state farm, located in the south of Fuyuan City, is one of the most modernized grain farms in China. Erdaohe farm is located in Fuyuan Delta, with low and flat terrain and fertile soil. In March 1984, with the loan of the world bank and the investment of the state, foreign advanced high-power agricultural machinery, water conservancy engineering machinery, transportation and communication equipment were introduced. According to the guiding ideology of "one water, two roads, three reclamation and four housing construction", Keshan farm was responsible for the establishment.

Farm situation

The site covers an area of 810000 mu. By the end of 1985, we had overcome many difficulties and completed 3.86 million cubic meters of water conservancy, 112 kilometers of trunk and field roads, and 35000 square meters of housing construction. Today, 240000 mu of cultivated land has been reclaimed, and 170000 mu of arable land is still available, mainly for the production of grain and beans. In 1990, the per capita production of grain and beans by the planting industry was 133500 kg. By 1992, 160000 tons of grain and beans had been produced, and the commodity rate accounted for more than 80%. The total number of registered residence population was 5550 (2010), of which 1200 were workers, and concentrated on farms. The whole site is divided into seven operation areas and two industrial enterprises. The employees commute to work every day. The housing area per capita is 17.6 square meters. There are water supply, water supply and toilet in the room. In winter, the farm provides unified heating and LPG is used as domestic fuel. In 1992, the per capita income was 2357 yuan, and the average income of the staff was 3700 yuan. The life of the staff and workers has stepped into a well-off level. Erdaohe farm is a provincial "civilized unit" and an "advanced enterprise" of the General Administration of farms. The location of Changbu has developed into a new modern small town.
