Honghe farm

Honghe farm is a state-owned farm at the county level. It is one of the 15 farms under Sanjiang administration of agricultural reclamation and construction. It is subordinate to Beidahuang group (General Administration of agricultural reclamation of Heilongjiang Province), with a total area of 985201 mu (657 square kilometers). Located in the northeast of Sanjiang Plain, Tongjiang City, north of Bielahong River and south of Nongjiang River, there are 640000 Mu paddy fields and 30000 Mu dry fields.

Construction planning

According to the planning of modern small towns in Heilongjiang reclamation area, residential areas should be built intensively. The farm has 640000 mu of cultivated land and 11.5 million mu of water conservancy. Most of the cultivated land has formed a water conservancy supporting network based on drainage. Large scale production of grain and beans began in 1981. Agricultural production has been mechanized, with an annual output value of 120 million yuan. The layout of the field department is rectangular, east-west, the west is the primary and secondary education area, and the East is the cultural and sports activity area, the life service area, the field Department office building, hotel, residential area, the grain and bean processing and storage center area, and the modern agricultural machinery and equipment inventory maintenance area. There are 146 species of precious birds, 3 species of amphibians, 16 species of fish and 8 species of national key protected mammals. Honghe farm is named after the last two words of the name of belahong river. Belahong River, in Hezhe language, means "low-lying River". In early 1980, according to the agreement between China and Japan on the cooperative development of Honghe farm, the farm was established in the form of compensation trade. The Japanese side loaned us $13.5 million to purchase advanced agricultural machinery. From November 1981 to April 1986, the Chinese side supplied 60000 tons of soybeans to the Japanese side, with an average of 14000-14000 tons of soybeans per year. The planned long-term scale of the farm is 1 million mu of arable land. The General Administration of the farm selected and transferred staff from some farms under the five management bureaus, and Honghe farm was officially established on May 10. Organized by the Management Bureau, 260000 mu of land was reclaimed and 8000 mu of soybean was sown in that year. Large scale production of grain and beans began in 1981. In 1983, the cultivated land area reached 435700 mu, accounting for 43.8% of the total land area of 995000 mu. The farm has 9 operation areas, with a total population of 8303 at the end of 2012. Honghe farm is located in the north of Sanjiang Plain. Due to the low and flat terrain and poor drainage, only 165000 mu of seeds were sown in 1983 and 260000 mu in 1985. After the construction of water conservancy and river regulation, in 1990, the sown area reached 409000 mu, the total grain output was 36700 tons, and the total agricultural output value was 30.92 million yuan.

infrastructure

The farm Department of Honghe farm is built according to the planning of modern grain farm. The buildings with novel shape are well arranged. Schools, commercial center buildings, kindergartens, hospitals, Cultural Palace, office buildings and Education Center buildings are reasonably distributed. Staff residential building is spacious and bright, with water, heating, closed balcony. The workers drive into the operation area to work, and the locomotives are equipped with walkie talkies to contact the field department and command center at any time. The enclosed locomotive is equipped with air conditioner, which changes the situation of "one head of dust and one body of oil" when workers work.

New railway station

Honghe station is located in the north of Honghe farm. The special line to the industrial zone has been approved and the passenger and freight facilities are complete
