The name of Chengfu Township comes from the name of big city and small city. Originally belonging to Jixian County, Taohe township was set up in 1956. In the autumn of 1958, he joined sandaogang people's Commune and immediately merged into (transitional) friendship farm, ranking sixth. After the establishment of Youyi County in 1960, Yuejin township was set up. In 1968, it was renamed the Sixth Battalion of the 18th regiment of Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps, Shenyang Military Region of the Chinese people's Liberation Army. In February 1976, the farm system was restored and the friendship farm was still divided into six branches. After the restoration of Youyi County, it was restored to Fuxiang in August 1985.
