Junchuan farm, located in Luobei County, Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, is managed by Baoquanling Bureau of agricultural reclamation of Heilongjiang Province. history

Junchuan farm used to be two branches of Luobei farm. In March 1959, the eighth and ninth branches of Luobei farm were merged and Junchuan farm was established. In January 1963, it was changed into an independent accounting farm. It is under the leadership of Northeast General Bureau of agricultural reclamation. In June 1968, the Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps of the Chinese people's Liberation Army was established as the 11th regiment of the second division. In February 1976, the production and Construction Corps was abolished and Junchuan farm was restored. It is a state farm under the Heilongjiang General Bureau of agricultural reclamation and is subordinate to Baoquanling farm Administration Bureau. At the end of 1992, the total population was over 19000. Junchuan farm is located in Songhua River, Heilongjiang alluvial plain, flat terrain, is one of the key mechanized farms in Heilongjiang Province. The land area is 870000 mu, including 621000 mu of cultivated land. The main crops are wheat, soybean, corn, etc. the total grain output in 1992 was 57000 tons. Farm industry has agricultural machinery repair, wood processing, grain and oil processing, building materials, wine and so on.

It has developed into a small town with initial scale of agricultural reclamation. At the end of the 1950s, under the kind care and command of General Wang Zhen, the transferred officers, soldiers and educated youth from all over the country set off the first fire of reclaiming wasteland here. The reason why it is called Junchuan is that in the 1950s, almost all the officers and soldiers who came here to build the field were of Sichuan nationality. In the 1960s, when the great Corps was established, people from all over the world gathered here, creating the spirit and culture of the Great Northern Wilderness. Over the past 40 years, through the joint efforts of several generations of Junchuan people, the farm has developed into a new modern enterprise with the development of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline, fishery, industry, commerce, transportation, construction and service, and complete social service management system.

In order to express the wishes of the farm workers, the teachers in the canteen tried their best to arrange recipes and prepare chicken, fish, meat and eggs. " Unexpectedly, Wang Zhen's secretary, Xiao Wang, went to Zhang, who was in charge of his life: "the minister's meal should not be too much, two dishes, one bean curd and one cabbage."

In the early 1960s, before the farm had built a guest house, Minister Wang Zhen was sleeping on the Kang in the dormitory like the workers. Planting "experimental field"

General Wang Zhen inspected Junchuan and encouraged the workers to build Beidahuang into Beidacang.

In order to improve the level of standardized operation, increase crop yield, and promote the application of high-yield new technical measures, General Wang Zhen established a soybean experimental field. This land is located in No.8 land to the north of xujiaguanzi, which is called "high standard, high quality" production and training place by the staff of the team. General Wang Zhen personally reviewed the technical measures, and strictly required intensive cultivation in the whole process from spring sowing to autumn harvest, whether it was management or harvest. Bailong experimental field had a large area of bumper harvest, and the yield per mu reached 401 Jin, which promoted the whole field scientific farming work to a new level.

In the 1960s, when General Wang Zhen visited Junchuan and talked with the reclamation team members, he asked them what difficulties they had in their lives. It's all male to catch a mouse. "This was originally a joke, but it was remembered by General Wang Zhen. He said that he must help the reclamation team to solve their personal problems, so that they can all set up their own businesses and families.

After returning to Beijing, General Wang Zhen began to mobilize urban young women to support the northern wilderness. More than 200 young women from Harbin alone came to settle in Junchuan farm. Since then, the history of more men than women in Junchuan farm has ended.

Modern development

Today, with the development of market economy and entering the new century, the comprehensive strength of the farm has been further enhanced. The gross domestic product has reached 300 million yuan and the annual profit is nearly 10 million yuan. The living standard of the farm workers has been improved significantly, with 80% of the tap water entering the house, 100% of the cable TV coverage, 1200 program-controlled telephones installed, personal bank deposits of farm workers exceeding 100 million yuan, per capita net income of 4439 yuan, per capita housing area of 15 square meters, and brick masonry rate of 100%. Agriculture is the main industry of Junchuan farm, with 37 agricultural production units. The main crops are soybean, rice, corn, millet, barley and adzuki bean, melon seed, sunflower, Chinese herbal medicine, etc. Over the years, considering the long-term development, the farm has increased investment in agriculture, actively improved production conditions, built new grain processing centers, crop seed processing plants, built strong drainage stations for farmland water conservancy, updated agricultural machinery, 83 automatic harvesters, and 1100 large and medium-sized supporting agricultural machinery. Due to the importance of new technology, a series of new agricultural technology measures have been widely applied, and crop yields and quality have improved year by year. Especially in recent years, farms have been marking the market, and focused on developing green products. In the pollution-free ecological environment area, 50 thousand mu of green agricultural bases have been established, and Jun Chuan Baijiu series have attracted the attention of domestic and foreign merchants. It is a new way to change the concept of production, develop quality and benefit agriculture and increase income. The characteristic planting to meet the market demand is also blooming all over the farm. Small soybean, high oil soybean and high protein soybean are widely promoted and planted. The characteristic agricultural park represented by white melon seed and Chinese herbal medicine has gradually formed.
