Heitai town
Heitai town is located in the southwest of Mishan City, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. It borders lianzhushan town in the East, erlenban Township across Muling River in the south, Taiping Township in the West and Peide town in the north. It is 32 kilometers away from the urban area, with a total administrative area of 282 square kilometers.
In 1913, it was called Wang family Shaoguo. In 1984, heitai commune was transformed into heitai town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Hetai town was 19678. In 2019, heitai town governs 11 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in heitai village.
In 2018, there were 2 industrial enterprises in Heitai Town, including 2 above scale enterprises and 22 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1913, it was called Wang family Shaoguo. In 1923, the town of Maoshan was set up, and Fangji street was built. The 14th year of the Republic of China (1925), is the ninth Baoshan first reserve. In 1935, heitai station was set up. In 1936, it belonged to Wang Shaoguo police station. In June 1946, Heitai district was established.
In 1956, Heitai township was established.
In 1958, Heitai township was transformed into heitai commune.
In April 1962, it was divided into heitai and Taiping communes.
In 1984, heitai commune was transformed into heitai town.

History and culture
In order to plunder the resources of Northeast China, the Japanese aggressors built the Lin Mi Railway (from Linkou to Mishan). In 1935, a main station was set up here, and a semi underground blockhouse platform railway station was built with reinforced concrete. As the station is facing Heibei mountain in the South (now in Russia), it is called "heitai".
