Abei Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Hulin City, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of Hulin City, bordering Zhenbaodao Township in the East and abqin River in the south. It borders on Dongfanghong town in the West and North, with an administrative area of 298.46 square kilometers.

History of construction
In November 1979, Abei commune was established.
In 1985, the commune was transformed into a township.
