Fuhai Town, belonging to Fuyu County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of Fuyu County, bordering Xintun township of Yi'an County in the East, Fuyu ranch in the south, Erdaowan town in the West and Zhonghou Township in the north. It is 32 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 240.67 square meters.
In 1757, it belonged to yikeming'an banner. In December 1984, Fuhai commune was changed into Fuhai Town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Fuhai Town was 19614. In 2019, Fuhai Town governs 8 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Fuhai village.
The main grain crops in Fuhai Town are corn and rice, and the main economic crops are sugar beet. In 2018, Fuhai Town has 9 industrial enterprises and 21 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1757, it belonged to yikeming'an banner.
In 1930, six villages in the North belonged to Tai'an County, and six villages in the South belonged to yikeming'an banner. In June, 1948, it belonged to yikeming'an banner of Fuyu County.
In December 1949, it belonged to the seventh district.
In March 1956, it belongs to Fuhai township.
In September 1958, Chengfeng commune was established.
In December 1959, Chengfeng commune was renamed Fuhai commune.
In December 1984, Fuhai commune was changed into Fuhai Town.

The origin of place names
In 1930, a railway station on the Northern Line of Qi Dynasty was opened to traffic. Fuhai Town was named after fuhaisheng, a business name.
