LiuSan prison

LiuSan prison is located in the northwest of Tailai County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, which belongs to the prison administration bureau of Heilongjiang Province. It is a medium level alert prison for prisoners with a term of less than 15 years.

2. LiuSan prison was founded in 1955. It was formerly under the reform through labor bureau of Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Department, and was called the X labor reform and education detachment of Heilongjiang Province at that time. It was also called LiuSan farm of Heilongjiang Province to the outside world. In 1983, it was attached to the prison administration bureau of Heilongjiang Province (then known as the reform through labor bureau of the judicial department of Heilongjiang Province), and in 1995, it was renamed as No.63 prison of Heilongjiang Province.
