Shengli Mongolian Township, belonging to Tailai County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Tailai County and on the right bank of Nenjiang River. History of construction
In the late Qing Dynasty, it was a nomadic land of zalait banner, one of the ten Mongolian banners in Horqin. Guangxu 33 years (1907), duzha Reclamation Bureau.
In November 1913, it belonged to the first area of the reclamation section of the Tailai Administration Bureau. In February 1946, it belonged to the seventh district of Tailai County.
In June 1955, it belonged to Shengli district.
In April 1956, it was divided into Shengli and Daxin townships.
In September 1958, Shengli township was transformed into Shengli commune.
In March 1984, Shengli commune was transformed into Shengli township.
In October 1990, it was renamed Shengli Mongolian township.
