Touzhan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Longjiang County, Qiqihar City, is located in the southwest of Longjiang County, 115 km away from Qiqihar. It is adjacent to Guanghou Township in the East, Jingxing town in the north, Xingshan town in the west, and zalaite banner in Inner Mongolia. In 1984, touzhan commune was changed into touzhan township.

In 2012, touzhan township was changed into touzhan town.

Touzhan town is located in the southeast of Longjiang County, adjacent to Huamin Township and Guanghou Township in the East, zatoute banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the south, Xingshan Township in the West and Liangxing town in the north, 60 kilometers away from the county. The total administrative area is 390.93 square kilometers.
