Hongan street
Hongan street, a street under the jurisdiction of Fulaerji District, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, extends to Hongan Park in the East, Tongjiang road in the south, Beigang railway special line in the West and Binzhou railway line in the north, covering an area of 4.1 square kilometers.
Red Bank Street is named after Fulaerji, which means "red river bank" in Daur language. In 1958, Fulaerji district was divided into Hongan and HongBaoShi people's communes. In 1984, communes were transformed into streets. At the end of 2011, the total population of Hongan street was 52252. By the end of 2019, six communities will be under the jurisdiction of Hongan street. The neighborhood office is located at 73 Hong'an street.

In December 1958, Fulaerji district was divided into Hongan and HongBaoShi people's communes.
In August 1961, Hong'an people's Commune and Ruby people's commune merged into Fulaerji people's commune.
In 1961, Xinglong Street was established and later changed to Hongan branch.
