Huaishu Town, belonging to Jinzhou City, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Jinzhou City, adjacent to Xiaoqiao town in the East, Jinzhou town in the south, Hutuo River in the northwest, Wuji County in the right bank, Shenze County in the north, with an administrative area of 69.47 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 62037 people registered residence in Huai Shu town. As of June 2020, Huaishu town has jurisdiction over 18 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Huaishu village.
In 2011, the total revenue of Huaishu town was 37.79 million yuan, including 16.08 million yuan of local tax and 21.71 million yuan of national tax. In 2018, there were 247 industrial enterprises in Huaishu Town, of which 28 were large-scale and 25 were comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1956, the district was withdrawn and Huaishu township was established.
In 1958, Jiuyi commune was established.
In 1959, it became the Huaishu commune.
In 1961, a part of the brigade was divided into three communes; in the same year, Qidi commune was established from Huaishu commune.
In 1984, it was changed into Huaishu township.
In May 1994, the township was withdrawn and Huaishu town was established.
In June 2008, Qidi town was merged into the city.
