The Manchu Township, Ying Cheng Zi, is located in Wuchang City, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, located in the northwest of Wuchang City, adjacent to the East and back shady River town, adjacent to Qingshan town in Yushu City, Jilin, west border with Hongqi Township, and North bordering on the Manila town.
