Xiaoling street, belonging to Acheng District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Acheng District and the shallow mountain area at the West foot of zhangguangcailing. It borders Songfengshan town in the East, Pingshan Town in the East, bajiaxiang town of Wuchang City across the river in the west, Yuquan street in the west, Jinlongshan town in the north and Songfengshan town in the northeast. In 2011, the total area of the district was 157 square kilometers, with a total population of 24097.
In 1882, it belonged to the Department of Pennsylvania. In the first year of Xuantong (1909), when Acheng was established as a county, the area to the East (today's wanfutun) belonged to the Second District of Bin County, while wanfutun and its west belonged to the second floor dianzi (Yuquan) of Acheng county. In 1942, it was put under the jurisdiction of Pingshan village. In 1946, it belonged to Pingshan district. In 1949, Xiaoling and Pingshan merged into Pingling district. In 1950, it was renamed District 12. In 1956, Xiaoling township was established in 12 districts. In September 1958, the Township Reform commune was established. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a town.

The main mountains are taipingling, zhangjinxishan, heixiazidong mountain and nandadingzi mountain. The highest point of Dadingzi Mountain is located in the north of Xinxing village, with an altitude of 679.3 meters; the lowest point of group 7 of Xichuan village is located on the Bank of Ashe River, with an altitude of 170 meters.

hydrology
Xiaoling street belongs to the Ashe river system, with three rivers, large and small, with a total length of 32.5 km and a drainage area of 122 square kilometers, accounting for 77.7% of the total area of the town. The largest river is Dashi River, which originates from Xinxing village, runs through the middle of Xiaoling town from northeast to southwest, and flows into Ashi River near Xichuan, with a total length of 26 km.

The mineral resources and other natural resources in Xiaoling street have been proved as iron, molybdenum, copper, lead, zinc, arsenic, marble, limestone, etc. Among them, iron reserves are 1.548 million tons, molybdenum reserves are 0.59 million tons, copper reserves are 0.8 million tons and zinc reserves are 11000 tons.
