Harbin comprehensive bonded zone of Harbin is located in the east of Xiangfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China, in the export processing zone to Russia, adjacent to Harbin railway container center station and Harbin inland port. The planning area is about 3.29 square kilometers, including 1.46 square kilometers in the starting area and 1.18 square kilometers in the purse seine area. As of January 2015, 8 projects have been actually signed into the zone, including 5 bonded processing projects and 3 bonded logistics projects, involving aviation, machinery manufacturing and other fields. The total investment of the project is about 1.78 billion US dollars, the land area is about 2.31 square kilometers, and the labor force is about 4450.
