To Qingshan town
Qingshan town is located in the northwest of Songbei District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. It is connected with Leye town in the East, Wanbao town in the south, Wuzhan Town, limudian town and Jiangjia town in Zhaodong city in the west, and Yulin town in Lanxi County in the north. The total administrative area is 190.39 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Hulan city guard, and later under the jurisdiction of Hulan vice governor. In March 1984, the commune was transformed into a town. As of 2018, there were 39716 registered residence population in Qingshan town. As of October 2019, 1 communities and 12 administrative villages were under the jurisdiction of Castle Peak town.
At the end of 2011, the total financial revenue of Qingshan town was 20 million yuan, an increase of 1.1% over the previous year.
History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Hulan city garrison, and later under the jurisdiction of Hulan vice governor; in the late Qing Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of the fourth Hexi District of Hulan Prefecture.
In the Republic of China, it belonged to Wanbao town (Police District 6). During the period of the enemy occupation in Northeast China, mint Taibao was set up and later changed to mint village.
In 1945, it belonged to Taitun district.
In 1947, mint district was set up.
In 1956, mint Township and Duiqingshan Township were established.
In 1958, it was changed to Qingshan commune.
In 1959, it was transferred to Daowai commune of Harbin City and changed to Qingshan Branch.
In 1961, it was transferred to Hulan County and changed to Qingshan commune.
In 1979, it was renamed duiying commune.
In March 1984, the commune was transformed into a town.
In April 2001, Li's hometown was merged.
In April 2004, it was assigned to Songbei district.

The lowest monthly average temperature was - 41.4 ℃ (January 1931), and the highest was 41 ℃ (July 1907). The annual average frost free period is 140 days, the longest is 145 days, and the shortest is 130 days. The annual average sunshine hours are 2582 hours. The annual average precipitation is 540mm.
hydrology
Zhaolan new river flows through Qingshan town. Zhaolan New River originates from qingkenpao reservoir in Zhaodong city. It is a tributary of the lower reaches of Hulan River. It is an artificial river excavated during the puppet Manchu period, with a drainage area of 500 km. Zhaolan new river flows through Xinglong, Qianxin village, wangwenju, xiaojiawopu, yujiawopu, Weijia, Zhifang, xujiawopu, qianchenjia, houchenjia, Dahu and other villages in Qingshan town of Songbei district. It flows into erdaohe river of Hulan River and finally into Songhua River, with a flow area of 10 km.
natural disaster
The main natural disasters in Qingshan town are gale, hail, flood, drought, insect pest and so on. The average flood occurred once a year, mainly from July to August. The most serious one occurred on August 10, 1998. The five villages of Duiqing, Shengli, Changfa, Jianshe and Shanhou were low-lying and suffered from serious waterlogging. By the end of 2011, 15000 people had been relocated.

Duiqiangshan town is named after duiqiangshan town where the town government is located. There are two relatively small earth hills (mounds) in the northwest of duiqiangshan village. They are green in spring and summer, so they are named duiqiangshan.
