Youxie Street

Youxie street is located in the north of Pingfang District, central and south of the city. It is the seat of the Pingfang district Party committee, the District People's Congress, the district government and the district CPPCC. It governs four communities. The area under its jurisdiction is a part of the East Village, the former Japanese garrison, which was founded in 1939.
