Zhengding town

Zhengding Town, subordinate to Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Zhengding County, connecting Nanniu Township in the East, Shijiazhuang City in the south, quyangqiao Township in the West and Xin'an town in the north, with an administrative area of 76.84 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, Zhengding town had 129248 registered residence population.

After the Northern Qi Dynasty, it was the head of Changshan County, Zhending County, Hengzhou, Hengshan County, Zhongshan County, chengdejun, Dadu Dufu, Zhenzhou, Beidu, Zhending Fu, Zhongjing, Zhending Fulu, Zhending Lu, Zhengding Fu and Zhengding County; on December 28, 1964, it was restored to Zhengding town; in April 1996, xibaitang, Yong'an and Sanlitun were merged into Zhengding town. As of June 2020, Zhengding town has jurisdiction over 13 communities and 39 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 414 industrial enterprises in Zhengding Town, of which 38 were large-scale and 54 were comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

After the Northern Qi Dynasty, it successively became the head of Changshan County, Zhending County, Hengzhou, Hengshan County, Zhongshan County, chengdejun, Dadu Prefecture, Zhenzhou, Beidu, Zhending Prefecture, Zhongjing, Zhending Road, Zhending Road, Zhengding Prefecture and Zhengding County.

On April 12, 1947, Zhengding County was liberated and Zhengding city was established as a regional city.

At the beginning of 1948, it was changed into a city under the jurisdiction of Zhengding County.

In June 1949, Chengguan District was established, belonging to Zhengding County.

In August 1953, it was changed into Chengguan town.

In 1958, it belonged to Yuejin commune and later changed to Chengguan commune.

On December 28, 1964, it was restored to Zhengding town.

In April 1996, xibaitang, Yong'an and Sanlitun townships were merged into Zhengding town.
