History of construction

In Liao Dynasty, it belonged to Dongjing daoning Jiangzhou.

In the Jin Dynasty, it belonged to the south of Huining mansion on Shangjing road and the northwest of Hailan road.

In Ming Dynasty, it belonged to alinwei.

In the early Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Wula's Yamen. In 1725, bayan'e Fuluo banner was set up. In the 20th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, a post station was set up.
