Fengman street, belonging to Fengman District, Jilin City, Jilin Province, is located in the south of Fengman District, adjacent to the national 4A Songhua Lake scenic spot, starting from Wujia mountain in the East, adjacent to yaotun and Ashe villages in xiaobaishan Township in the West and North, and reaching jiangjungou in the south, with a total area of 54 square kilometers, 100 kilometers away from Changchun City, the provincial capital.

In 1948, Fengman special zone was set up along Fengman street, belonging to Jilin Province; in 1964, Fengman special zone was changed into Fengman street. At the end of 2011, Fengman street had a total population of 12070. As of June 2020, Fengman street has four communities under its jurisdiction, and the sub district office is located in Henan community, No. 8 Chifeng street.

In 1948, Fengman special zone was established in Jilin Province.
