Ziqiang street, belonging to Nanguan District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, is located in the northwest of Nanguan District, bordering on Dajing road in the East, Xinchun street and Quan'an street in the East, xisidao street and Shuxun street in the South and Minkang street in the south, Renmin Street in the West and Chongqing Street in Chaoyang District in the west, Xinfa road in the north and Xinfa street in Kuancheng District in the north. It is 4km away from the people's Government of Nanguan District, with a total area of 1.73km2.

In October 1948, Ziqiang street was divided into Pingzhi street and Ziqiang street. In November 1986, Ziqiang street was separated from Mingjie street. In 2011, the total population of Ziqiang street was 30770. As of June 2020, Ziqiang street has five communities under its jurisdiction, and its sub district office is located at 560 Minkang Road, Qingli community.

History of construction

In October 1948, it was divided into two streets: Pingzhi street and Ziqiang street.

In 1953, the self-improvement community was set up; in December of the same year, the community was changed into the street community.
