Chrysanthemum Street

Juhua street, belonging to Xingcheng City, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Xingcheng City, adjacent to Caozhuang town in the West and Mopanshan island in the north, with a total area of 22 square kilometers.

In 1948, Chrysanthemum Island administrative village was set up, belonging to Chengguan District; in 2010, chrysanthemum street was set up. At the end of 2011, the total population of Juhua street was 3269. As of June 2020, Juhua street has jurisdiction over two administrative villages, and the sub district office is located in the North Village of Juhua Island.

In 2011, the total financial revenue of Juhua street was 3.6 million yuan. Among them, the national tax revenue is 20000 yuan and the local tax revenue is 3 million yuan.

History of construction

In 1948, Chrysanthemum Island administrative village was set up, belonging to Chengguan District.

In July 1949, it was transferred to seven districts (Caozhuang township).

In the spring of 1950, it was changed into four districts (Yuantaizi township).

In January 1956, juhuadao township was established.

In January 1957, it was transferred to Caozhuang Central Township.

In May 1958, it was incorporated into Xingcheng commune and set up an independent operation area of Juhua Island.

In March 1959, the production brigade was changed into a production brigade.

On April 9, 1962, it was transferred to Xinlitun commune.

In June 1976, Chrysanthemum Island commune was established.

On December 1, 1980, the Management Committee of Chrysanthemum Island commune was established.

In May 1983, it was changed to juhuadao township.

In 2010, chrysanthemum street was rebuilt.

Chrysanthemum Street territory island is irregular gourd shaped, wide at both ends, narrow and thin in the middle, reclining in the sea. The eastern half of the island is precipitous, mostly cliffs, with an average altitude of 52 meters. The highest peak is located in dajiashan, 198.2 meters above sea level; the lowest point is - 0.8 meters above sea level.
