Liuying street, belonging to Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Qiaoxi District, 9 kilometers away from the people's Government of Qiaoxi District. It is adjacent to Youyi street and Xinhua District with the West 2nd Ring Road in the East, Yuandong street with the West Zhongshan Road in the South, Luquan district with the Third Ring Road in the west, and Xinhua District with the Shijiazhuang Taiyuan railway in the north, with a total area of 13.4 square kilometers.
In February 1954, Liuying township was set up; in January 2010, Liuying township was abolished and Liuying street was set up. At the end of 2011, Liuying street had a total population of 62659. As of June 2020, Liuying street has jurisdiction over 6 communities and 3 administrative villages, and its sub district office is located at 191 Shihuo South Road.

History of construction
In February 1954, Liuying township was set up.
In September 1955, Liuying township was abolished and three villages under its jurisdiction were assigned to Xiwang township.
In January 1962, Liuying commune was established, belonging to the western suburb.
In May 1984, Liuying township was established.
In March 2001, it was assigned to Qiaoxi District.
In October 2004, the residents committee of Shijiazhuang University in Yuandong street, the residents committee of Shihuo South Road and the dormitory Committee of provincial power construction were included.
In July 2007, the provincial power construction community residents committee was merged into the Liuying Township community residents committee, and the Shijiazhuang University residents committee was merged into the Xiwang community residents committee.
In January 2010, Liuying township was abolished and Liuying street was set up.
