Luoluobao Town, belonging to Beizhen City, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Beizhen city. It is adjacent to national highway 102 in the East, Lushan mountains in the West and Yixian County. Its administrative area is 189.36 square kilometers.

In 1934, luoluobao village belonged to five districts; in 2006, Luobao township was transformed into Luobao town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the Luo Luo town was 25323.
