Pianling Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County. It is adjacent to suzigou town by yikeshuling in the East, Xinglong sub district office by gunmaling in the south, Haicheng by watershed in the West and Dafangshen town by gudongling in the north, with an administrative area of 250.09 square kilometers.

In August 1983, pianling commune was changed into Pianling township; in 1985, pianling town was changed from Pianling township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Pien Ling town was 27467. By June 2020, pianling town has 11 administrative villages.
