Zhongshan Park Street, formerly a street under the jurisdiction of Shahekou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Shahekou District, with an area of 3.1 square kilometers and a population of 56077 (2010). It is the commercial, financial, cultural and educational center of Shahekou District.

In December 2019, Dalian municipal government made a decision to split Xinggong street and merge 6 communities (including Dalian Locomotive Factory) of the original Xinggong street, Quanyong community, Yongji community, Xingxin community, Xingsheng community, xingshe community and Ruyi community, with the original Zhongshan Park Street to establish Xi'an Road street. The area of Xi'an road street is 5.83 square kilometers, with 14 communities under control and 128 thousand and 800 registered residence population.

Zhongshan Park Street was originally located in the east of Shahekou District of Dalian City, covering an area of 3.1 square kilometers. It has eight community neighborhood committees (Tianxing community, Yonglian community, Zhicheng community, Changjiang community, Huanghe community, Yongshun community, Minxing Garden community, Minquan community), with a permanent resident population of 56077 (2010). At present, the street Party Working Committee has 125 grass-roots party organizations and more than 3600 management Party members. Zhongshan Park is the commercial, financial, cultural and educational center of Shahekou District with elegant environment and harmonious society.
